	STEP 1: Assessment & Quotation
			All new enquiries for the disposal of hazardous waste and/or the recovery of precious metals are passed through the Sales Desk.

			An initial assessment of the waste type is made using extensive chemical and practical know-how, information from the client regarding production processes and any available MDSD sheets thereby determining the available disposal and treatment options.

			When the initial assessment is positive, a representative sample of the waste material may be required which would be analysed in our Central Laboratory using analytical techniques, including Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.

			Upon receipt of the laboratory report, a quotation with Terms and Conditions will be provided to the client. Following acceptance of the quote, collections can be scheduled.
