Follow M1 north/south to Junction 20, Lutterworth/Market Harborough. Follow A5199 towards Market Harborough for 18 km. On first roundabout in Market Harborough turn left, signposted town centre. Follow Coventry Road to second roundabout and turn left onto Fairfield Road. Follow road around to the left and take first road right. At T-junction turn right into High Street. At the Market Square turn left onto St.Mary's Road and follow road past railway bridge and the river Welland for about 1 km. The Welland Business Park is the 2nd road on the left.
